The Villa Yerakina is arranged on two floors. From the parking area you access the swimming pool terrace via a set of white-washed steps and from there you enter the Villa via the back door. The Villa is alarmed and details for access will be provided to you once your holiday has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Dine al fresco on our terrace
The terrace provides a shaded area. You may prefer to move the tables out in the evening to dine al fresco overlooking the twinkling lights from the bay below. This covered terrace catches the early morning sun and is the perfect place for breakfast. By about 10am it provides shade for those not wishing to bronze themselves on a sun-lounger by the pool. There are also some further secluded terraces under the dappled shade provided by our Mediterranean oak trees where you can relax and enjoy the birdsong – golden orioles and hoopoes are regular visitors.

Spacious central living area
The main entrance door leads directly into the living area. Well equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas and electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge and deep freeze. The dining area features a table that can seat up to 12. The sitting area is arranged around a charming fireplace. Double doors open onto the main terrace. Yerakina has a Boss music system and an Internet connection.

Two master ensuite double bedrooms
Two identical master double bedrooms overlook the terrace through French-doors with louvered screens for privacy. The bedrooms have ample fitted cupboards a chest of drawers and separate window to the side. Beds can be arranged as twin or double. Safe in one room. Ensuite bathrooms with bath, basin, loo and separate shower. The bathrooms were renovated in 2020. In the hottest months, the ceiling-mounted, electric fans provide a comfortable sleeping environment. There is also aircon in every bedroom. Early birds can enjoy the sunrise from their beds — others may prefer to close the louvered screens at night to provide a more gradual morning awakening.
Studio room and two standard double bedrooms
The two identical standard double bedrooms have side windows: one over-looking the swimming pool terrace and the other towards the Greek island of Cephalonia. The bedrooms have ample fitted cupboards a chest of drawers and a further west-facing window. Each room has one pull-out bed with proper mattress. Electric fans and aircon. Ensuite shower rooms with basin and loo. Please notify us if you would like the pull-out beds in the top level standard rooms moved to the studio room to make a four-person dormitory but please see the supplement section on the rates page.. The studio room on the lower floor is similarly appointed but has more space and a view similar to the master bedrooms. The utility room houses the boiler a fridge freezer, further fridge and washing machine.

Rates & availability - weekly rates 2024
The letting week runs from Saturday at 4pm until 10am the following Saturday, allowing time for the villa to be prepared for the next guests. When a week runs across two or more letting rate-bands the rental will be calculated pro-rata according to the number of days in each rate-band. £3300 a 15 % discount on remaining 2 weeks‼️

Supplement for extra children
Villa Yerakina is designed for 10 people. However, if it is essential for you to have two extra children’s pull-out beds this can be arranged for a supplement. The absolute maximum occupancy is 12 and only where the extras are children under 16 years of age. This must always be arranged in advance of your holiday.

Additional information
A deposit of £800 is required to confirm your booking. Please note that no booking is confirmed until this deposit has been received.
The balance of rent must be received three calendar months before the holiday together with a £500 refundable deposit against damage and breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday assuming no liability has been incurred.
